Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up until time of shipment. E-mail your cancellation request as soon as practicable and/ or cancel your purchase via the website’s shopping cart feature.

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days. Standard ground shipping is provided unless prior arrangements have been made.

Damaged goods: Books damaged in shipment, or arriving in any less-than-new condition, may be returned immediately for a replacement. Please e-mail for a return authorization and pre-paid shipping instructions as soon as practicable.

Unread books in new condition may be returned by other-than-book resellers within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund of the original cost including shipping. Please e-mail for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Inscribed books may not be returned for a refund without special permission. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Unread books in new condition purchased by book resellers may be returned within 120 calendar days of receipt for a refund of the original cost. Please e-mail for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Original or return shipping costs are not refundable. Insurance for more than 30 returned units is required. (Customized reseller return terms are negotiable prior to purchase; in lieu of custom terms, the above policy is understood as binding at the time of your order.)
